eWIP - Electronic Work in Progress
As part of our own efforts to increase our own productivity and customer service we developed an online tool some years ago to help us track client jobs and our overall workflow.
This proved to be so successful for us and appreciated by our clients that we decided to create a standalone online service called eWIP.
This online job management system allows for users to create jobs as needed and assign responsibility of those jobs to any staff member. Further to this unlimited actions can be created within any job with separate responsibilities for these actions being able to be assigned also. Jobs are assigned due dates along with priorities, and staff members are able to set the status of a job or action at any time.
The result of this system provides a real-time WIP (work in progress) with To-Do Lists being instantly accessible to all staff members. Everyone can see where all jobs are at at anytime and can also instantly see what the most urgent priority is. A single button instantly provides a paper WIP in the form of a spreadsheet when required.
eWIP is a massive time saver for any organisation that works in teams across mutilple projects!
