Subway Eat Fresh® Club

The Idea: To create an online club that customers can join allowing local markets throughout Australia to send out communications and offers via email and sms to help drive traffic during times they deem necessary.

The Target: All Subway® customers

The Solution: Ripe Solutions developed the entire concept of the Eat Fresh Club from start to finish. We were responsible for not only developing the entire online interface, databases and messaging systems, but also the logo, point of sale, communications (customers and franchisees), uniforms designs and offer templates.

Mailsprout (our email/sms/faxing campaign management tool) runs the entire back end messaging systems including instore notifications when offers are sent out and automatic birthday offers to all customer the day before their birthday.
