Biggest Loser Sponsorship

The Client: Subway® Australia

The Opportunity: Subway® was given the opportunity to take on a media sponsorship of the Biggest Loser TV program in 2011.  Ripe was given the task to leverage off the sponsorship in the online environment.

The Idea: Given the nature of this program and Subway's brand position of providing its customers healthy options, we decided to use the online presence to reinforce the low fat range of subs on offer.

The Solution: Ripe developed online banner advertising for use throughout the Biggest Loser website that leveraged off the idea of low fat subs weighing in (Biggest Loser style) that were used in the sponsorship TV commercials being produced.  Furthermore we created an interactive online tool allowing people to build a low fat sub using all Subway's low fat ingredients, giving it a name and sharing their creations on subway.com.au and Facebook.
